Location: Project Site
- Prepare and manage monthly project billing for industrial construction projects.
- Handle billing related to fabrication, structural steel erection, equipment erection/installation, and other project services.
- Prepare and verify measurement sheets, work completion statements, RA bills, and supporting documents.
- Manage project material reconciliation for steel, equipment, and other project materials.
- Coordinate with project/site teams to collect accurate work-progress and measurement data.
- Ensure billing is prepared accurately and submitted within the monthly billing schedule.
- Handle service-component billing of approximately ₹60 lakhs to ₹1.50 crore per month.
- Maintain proper billing records and supporting documentation for audit and project reference.
- Assist in project closing documentation and final billing activities.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal project teams regarding billing and measurement issues.
- Prepare or support monthly planning and Daily Progress Reports (DPR), where required.
- Identify billing discrepancies and ensure timely resolution with the concerned teams.
