Position Summary

The Benefits Administration Specialist supports the effective administration of the company’s benefits programs, with a particular focus on employee leaves, accommodations, benefits operations, and employee support. This role helps ensure benefits-related processes are delivered consistently, accurately, and with a strong service orientation, while partnering closely with employees, HR, vendors, and internal stakeholders to support a positive employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Support the administration of employee leave of absence programs such as short and long-term disability, parental leave, FMLA, military and caregiver leaves.
- Support ADA accommodation administration in partnership with HR and other internal stakeholders.
- Support workers’ compensation administration and related coordination.
- Support tuition reimbursement program administration.
- Support vendor invoice processing and benefits-related operational activities.
- Serve as a knowledgeable and responsive resource for employees, managers, HR partners, and vendors on benefits-related matters.
- Help ensure benefits programs and processes are administered accurately, consistently, and in alignment with company policies and applicable requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to resolve benefits-related questions, support case management, and maintain timely follow-up.
- Maintain accurate records and support benefits reporting, audits, and process improvements.
- Assist with broader benefits initiatives, communications, operational support, and other responsibilities or ad hoc projects as business needs evolve.

Qualifications

- Three to five years of experience in benefits administration, leave administration, HR operations, or a related human resources role.
- General knowledge of employee benefits, leave programs, accommodations,



workers’ compensation, and related HR processes.
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to support employees through sensitive or complex benefits matters.
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
- Sound judgment and discretion when handling confidential employee information.
- Robust communication skills and ability to partner effectively with employees, HR, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
- Dayforce experience preferred, particularly within benefits, leave administration, payroll, employee records, reporting, or related HR business processes.
