Job Summary The Bell Boy will be responsible for providing friendly and efficient guest assistance throughout the guest journey. The role includes welcoming guests, handling luggage, assisting with check-in/check-out, escorting guests to their rooms, and supporting the Front Office team in maintaining a smooth and pleasant guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide a positive first impression.
- Assist guests with loading, unloading, carrying, and safely storing luggage.
- Escort guests to their rooms and explain basic room facilities and hotel services.
- Assist the Front Office team during guest check-in and check-out procedures.
- Handle guest requests and coordinate with the concerned department for timely assistance.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper arrangement of the hotel entrance, lobby, and luggage area.
- Assist guests with transportation, taxis, local directions, and other basic requirements.
- Deliver guest luggage, messages, parcels, and other items to the appropriate rooms or departments.




- Maintain proper records of luggage and ensure guest belongings are handled safely.
- Coordinate with Housekeeping, Front Office, and other departments for smooth guest service.
- Support the team during busy hours, events, and special guest arrivals.
- Follow hotel grooming, hygiene, safety, and guest-service standards.
- Report any guest complaint, lost item, maintenance issue, or unusual activity to the supervisor immediately.
- Perform any other guest-service or operational duties assigned by the management.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Polite, well-groomed, and guest-friendly personality.
- Ability to handle luggage and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Basic knowledge of English/Hindi; additional languages are an advantage.
- Previous hotel or hospitality experience is preferred but freshers may also be considered.
- Strong customer-service attitude and willingness to work in shifts.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
