Job Responsibilities :

- Design and develop AI solutions using Python and LLMs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate them into AI systems.
- Implement and integrate AI solutions with APIs, databases, and backend services.
- Evaluate and monitor the performance of AI models.
- Optimize cost and efficiency of AI solutions.
- Ensure compliance with enterprise and regulatory requirements.
- Engage in client and stakeholder interactions to gather requirements and provide updates.

Job Requirements :

- MTech, MCA, BTech, BE, ME or equivalent qualification.
- 4 -6 years of hands-on experience with Python.
- Practical experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Proficiency in agent-based AI workflows.
- Solid understanding of prompt design, tool/function calling,



RAG and vector search concepts.
- Experience integrating AI solutions with APIs, databases, and backend services.
- Ability to think at both implementation and architecture levels.
- Working knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Familiarity with frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, Agno or similar.
- Exposure to multi-agent systems.
- Experience with LLM evaluation, monitoring, or guardrails.
- Understanding of LLM cost management and optimisation.
- Experience working in enterprise or regulated environments.
- Client-facing or stakeholder interaction experience.
