Job Summary: Axibo Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager (Non-IT Staffing) to drive revenue growth at our Begumpet office. In this full-time, on-site role, your primary responsibility will be converting qualified sales leads into active client accounts by selling our Non-IT staffing services and placing talent with global clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead Conversion & Sales: Turn inbound and outbound prospective leads into paying clients by pitching tailored Non-IT staffing and workforce solutions.
- Client Onboarding & Placement: Work directly with hiring managers to define staffing requirements and partner with internal recruitment teams to place Non-IT candidates.
- Account & Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers, HR leaders, and C-suite executives.
- Commercial Negotiation: Draft proposals, negotiate commercial terms, close contracts, and hit revenue targets.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, forecast performance, and ensure smooth service-level agreement (SLA) delivery.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Experience:



Proven track record of success in B2B sales, account management, or business development within Non-IT staffing, recruitment, or HR solutions.
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated capability in lead-to-sales conversion and revenue generation via candidate placement.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of Non-IT job roles, candidate lifecycles, and client contract structures.
- Skills: Solid consultative selling, client negotiation, communication, and pipeline management abilities.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.

Compensation & Benefits

- Base Salary: ₹5 LPA – ₹8 LPA (Negotiable based on experience and capabilities).
- Incentives: Performance-based uncapped incentives and bonuses up to ₹30 Lakhs annually.
