The Role

As a Business Development Intern, you'll work directly with the core team to identify growth opportunities, build relationships with prospective clients and partners, and help expand Kustodian's reach across services including eKhata, Wills, NPS, PPF, Shares Recovery, Estate Planning, and other wealth management solutions.

This role combines lead generation, sales, partnerships, and business operations, giving you hands-on exposure to how an early-stage startup builds pipeline and scales revenue while delivering an excellent customer experience.

What You Will Do

- Identify and research new business opportunities, target segments, and potential partners for Kustodian's services
- Generate and qualify leads across multiple channels, and schedule consultations with specialists where needed
- Run outreach campaigns over phone, WhatsApp, email, and LinkedIn to build awareness and drive conversions
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with prospects, clients,



and partners through timely follow-ups
- Assist in creating pitches, proposals, presentations, and promotional content to support business development efforts
- Maintain accurate records of leads, outreach, and pipeline metrics, and suggest improvements based on data
- Collaborate directly with the core team on growth initiatives to improve customer acquisition and revenue

We're Looking For Someone Who Is
- An excellent communicator, confident speaking with prospects and partners over phone, WhatsApp, and email
- Curious, proactive, and eager to learn sales and startup growth
- Strong at problem-solving and relationship-building
- Detail-oriented with good organisational skills
- Comfortable working with Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
- Self-motivated and able to take ownership of tasks
- Interested in sales, business development, marketing, customer success, or operations
- From a non-coding background — this role is focused on business and customer-facing skills, not technical development

- Previous internship experience in sales, marketing, customer support, or business development
