Role Description This full-time, on-site Technical Recruiter role is based in Gurugram and focuses on sourcing and hiring technical and related talent for UK-based opportunities.

The Technical

Recruiter will manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, including requirement intake, job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer management. Day-to-day responsibilities include building and maintaining talent pipelines, conducting structured interviews, assessing technical and cultural fit, and coordinating with hiring managers and internal stakeholders. The role also involves maintaining accurate recruitment documentation,



ensuring compliance with internal processes, and providing a positive candidate experience through clear communication and timely follow-up.

The Technical

Recruiter will collaborate closely with the consultancy team to align hiring strategies with client needs and evolving market trends.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting, with the ability to manage end-to-end hiring processes.
- Strong Technical Recruiting and Hiring skills, including sourcing, screening, and assessing candidates for technical and related roles.
- Effective Communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently with candidates, clients, and internal teams.
- Familiarity with UK job markets and staffing practices, especially for early-career and graduate talent, is highly beneficial.
- Experience using ATS, job boards, and professional networking platforms (e.g., LinkedIn) for sourcing and pipeline development.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize multiple requisitions, and meet hiring timelines and quality standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and commitment to fair, inclusive, and non-discriminatory hiring practices.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
