We focus on seasonal ingredients, natural fermentation, clean labels, and products made with intention. /n /n What You'll Do /n /n

- Prepare artisan breads, sourdough, laminated pastries, cakes, cookies, and desserts.

/n

- Maintain consistency in recipes, quality, and presentation.

/n

- Develop new seasonal bakery products alongside the culinary team.

/n

- Manage production planning, inventory, and minimize wastage.

/n

- Ensure the highest standards of hygiene, food safety,



and organization.

- Train and support junior bakery team members.

- Has 3–6 years of experience in a professional bakery, café, or hotel.

/n

- Has robust knowledge of bread baking, fermentation, viennoiserie, and pastry production.

/n

- Understands ingredients and values quality over convenience.

/n

- Is disciplined, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced kitchen.

/n

- Is eager to innovate while maintaining consistency.
