We are seeking a talented Java Backend Software Engineer to design and build scalable backend services and APIs. You will work on core platform components, optimize performance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Education

- BE/B.Tech in Computer Science, IT, or related field

- MCA (Computer Science/Application)

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, test, and maintain backend services and APIs using Java and Spring Boot.

- Build scalable, reliable, and secure microservices.

- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices.

- Collaborate closely with Product, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver features end-to-end.

- Participate in design discussions, code reviews, and technical brainstorming.

- Troubleshoot production issues and contribute to continuous improvements.

- Implement CI/CD pipelines, automation, and observability best practices.

Required Qualifications

- 3-5 years of experience in backend development.

- Strong hands-on experience with Java 8+, Spring Framework, Spring Boot.





- Solid understanding of REST APIs, microservices architecture, and multithreading.

- Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).

- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, Git, and CI/CD tools.

- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented principles.

- Positive problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with message queues like Kafka, RabbitMQ.

- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).

- Familiarity with API gateways and service discovery.

- Understanding of caching technologies (Redis, Hazelcast).

- Exposure to performance and load testing.

Soft Skills

- Strong communication and teamwork skills.

- Attention to detail, ownership, and a willingness to learn.

- Ability to work in an agile development environment.
