Requirement Gathering & Design: Lead workshops to map complex business processes into detailed functional design documents, user stories, and data flows.

Integration & Data Migration: Collaborate with technical teams to design, test, and troubleshoot integration workflows between Oracle ERP and legacy systems or external applications.

Testing & Quality Assurance: Define functional test cases, conduct system integration testing (SIT), and facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT).

Troubleshooting: Perform root-cause analysis on underperforming implementations, audit data integrity,



and resolve issues related to billing accuracy or application configuration.

Mandatory Qualifications & Skills

Experience: Minimum 2 to 3 full-lifecycle Oracle ERP implementation or upgrade projects, often with 5+ years of relevant IT experience.

Domain Knowledge: Functional expertise in billing or taxation domains, often within the banking / financial services sectors.

Execution: Experience executing projects on Agile scrum methodology.
