Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and develop recent business opportunities in the corporate sector for group insurance products (GMC, GPA, GTL, etc.).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, brokers, and partners.
- Understand client requirements and provide customized insurance solutions.
- Achieve sales targets through new client acquisition and upselling to existing clients.
- Coordinate with underwriters and the operations team to ensure smooth policy issuance and servicing.
- Stay updated with market trends, competitor offerings, and product developments.

Requirements:

- Proven track record in B2B / corporate sales, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry.
- Strong knowledge of group insurance products (GMC, GPA, GTL, etc.).
- Excellent communication,



negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to generate leads, conduct client meetings, and close sales independently.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and a good team player.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Graduate / Postgraduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
- IRDA certified (if required by role).
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Salary: As per industry standards + Performance incentives Reporting To: Regional Sales Manager / Business Head Role.
