Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented B2B Sales & Marketing Executive to expand our presence in the Hyderabad jewellery market. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with jewellery retailers and wholesalers, and managing existing B2B clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain strong business relationships with jewellery retailers, wholesalers, and other B2B clients.
- Identify and approach potential customers through market visits, references, and lead generation.
- Generate new business leads and convert prospects into regular customers.
- Conduct regular visits to jewellery markets and business areas across Hyderabad and nearby locations.
- Present the company's gold and silver jewellery products to prospective clients.
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the internal team for suitable product solutions.
- Handle follow-ups related to enquiries, quotations, orders, deliveries, and payments.
- Maintain regular communication with existing customers to encourage repeat business.
- Track market trends, competitor activities,



and customer preferences.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute towards overall business growth.

Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B field sales, preferably in the gold, silver, or jewellery industry.
- Good understanding of the Hyderabad jewellery market and local business network will be an advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to independently handle client visits and sales activities.
- Willingness to travel extensively within Hyderabad and surrounding markets.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive approach towards sales.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Knowledge of Telugu/Hindi/English will be an added advantage.
