About the Role

We are looking for a mid-level AWS Solutions Architect to join our expanding cloud practice. The role involves working across presales and delivery, helping enterprise clients translate their business and technical requirements into scalable, secure, and cost-effective AWS solutions.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on AWS experience, excellent solutioning and architecture skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key ResponsibilitiesPre-Sales & Solutioning

- Engage with clients to understand business and technical requirements and translate them into AWS architecture proposals.
- Design scalable and secure AWS-based solutions aligned with client requirements.
- Prepare solution documents, architecture diagrams, Bills of Materials (BoMs), effort estimates, and technical presentations.
- Respond to RFPs and RFIs with technically sound solution proposals.
- Conduct architecture workshops and Proof of Concept (PoC) sessions with clients.

Delivery & Implementation
- Lead the implementation of cloud solutions on AWS across compute, storage, networking, and security.
- Ensure solutions are designed and implemented in alignment with the AWS Well-Architected Framework.




- Collaborate closely with internal delivery teams and client IT stakeholders throughout implementation.
- Provide post-deployment documentation and knowledge transfer.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3–6 years of hands-on experience in AWS solutions and architecture.
- AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate is mandatory.
- AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional will be an added advantage.
- Proven experience in presales and solutioning, including architecture diagrams, solution decks, and BoMs.
- Solid understanding of networking concepts including:
- VPN
- AWS Direct Connect
- Route 53
- Load Balancers
- Good understanding of cloud security, including IAM, encryption, and compliance.
- Strong client-facing and presentation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to understand complex business requirements and translate them into practical technical solutions.

Good to Have
- Experience with hybrid and/or multi-cloud architectures.
- Knowledge of DevOps tools such as Terraform, Ansible, and CI/CD.
- Experience with AWS cost optimisation tools such as AWS Cost Explorer and Trusted Advisor.
- Knowledge of containerisation technologies such as Docker, ECS, and EKS.
- Experience working with an IT partner, reseller, or systems integrator (SI).

We are looking for someone who can bridge the gap between business requirements, cloud architecture, presales, and implementation and can confidently engage with enterprise clients throughout the solution lifecycle.
