- Research and develop recent Ayurvedic, herbal, cosmetic and other innovative products.
- Develop, optimize and standardize product formulations.
- Research raw materials, herbs, ingredients and current technologies.
- Conduct laboratory trials, pilot batches and product testing.
- Improve existing products for quality, stability, taste and performance.
- Coordinate with Production, QC and QA teams for commercialization.
- Maintain formulation, trial, specification and R&D; documentation.
- Stay updated with market trends and regulatory requirements.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
