About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced AWS BI Developer with strong hands-on expertise in Amazon QuickSight, Power BI, AWS Glue, Amazon Redshift, and Microsoft SQL Server. The candidate will be responsible for developing scalable BI solutions, building ETL/ELT pipelines, creating interactive dashboards, and transforming business requirements into actionable data insights.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and optimize BI solutions using Amazon QuickSight and Power BI.
- Create interactive dashboards, reports, KPIs, charts, and data visualizations.
- Develop and maintain AWS Glue Jobs for ETL/ELT data processing.
- Build, maintain, and optimize data warehouse solutions using Amazon Redshift.
- Develop complex SQL queries, stored procedures, views, CTEs, joins, and database objects using Microsoft SQL Server.
- Connect BI tools with data sources such as Amazon Redshift, S3, SQL Server, and other supported data sources.
- Create and optimize QuickSight datasets, calculated fields, filters, parameters, and dashboards.
- Develop Power BI reports, dashboards, data models, measures, and visualizations.
- Extract, transform, and load data from multiple sources into centralized reporting systems.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and translate them into scalable BI solutions.
- Optimize SQL queries, ETL processes, datasets, and dashboard performance.
- Ensure data accuracy, quality, integrity, and consistency across reporting systems.
- Troubleshoot issues related to AWS Glue, Redshift, SQL Server, QuickSight, and Power BI.

Required Skills
- 3+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Engineering, or a related field.




- Strong hands-on experience with Amazon QuickSight – Mandatory.
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS Redshift – Mandatory.
- Solid experience developing and maintaining AWS Glue Jobs – Mandatory.
- Strong expertise in Microsoft SQL Server – Mandatory.
- Experience with Power BI for dashboard and report development.
- Excellent SQL skills, including joins, CTEs, stored procedures, views, subqueries, and query optimization.
- Experience designing and maintaining ETL/ELT pipelines.
- Robust understanding of BI reporting and data visualization concepts.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Familiarity with CI/CD practices for data pipelines.
- Understanding of data governance and data quality best practices.
- Knowledge of AWS security and access-control concepts.
