1) Autosys Developer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Broadcom AutoSys Developer to join our Orchestration team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, maintaining, and optimising job scheduling workflows using Broadcom AutoSys Workload Automation. You will collaborate with teams to ensure efficient and reliable batch processing across enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain job schedules using Broadcom AutoSys.
- Create and manage JIL (Job Information Language) scripts for job definitions.
- Monitor and troubleshoot job failures, delays, and performance issues.
- Collaborate with application teams to onboard recent batch jobs and workflows.
- Implement job dependencies, calendars, and alerts to ensure smooth operations.
- Perform impact analysis and change management for job modifications.
- Maintain documentation for job flows, standards, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Proven experience with Broadcom AutoSys Workload Automation (v11.x or higher).
- Strong scripting skills (Shell, Python, Perl, or equivalent).
- Proficiency in JIL scripting and AutoSys command-line utilities.
- Familiarity with job scheduling concepts, dependencies, and calendars.
- Experience with Unix/Linux environments and basic system administration.
- Understanding of ITIL processes and change management.
- Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience integrating AutoSys with other tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jenkins).
- Knowledge of database systems (Oracle, SQL Server) and SQL scripting.
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS)
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

2)AutoSys Administrator

Key Responsibilities:





Installation & Configuration:

Install and configure AutoSys components (AE, EEM, WCC, Agents).

Perform upgrades and patching of AutoSys environments.

Job Scheduling & Management:

Create, modify, and manage job definitions using JIL and WCC.

Schedule and monitor batch jobs and workflows.

Troubleshoot job failures and resolve scheduling conflicts.

Expert in CA AutoSys v11.x, Embedded Entitlement Manager and Workload Control Centre.

System Administration:

Maintain AutoSys servers and agents across Unix/Linux and Windows platforms.

Manage user accounts, roles, and access controls.

Perform regular system health checks and performance tuning.

Incident & Problem Management:

Respond to incidents and service requests related to job failures or system issues.

Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes.

Installation & configuration of AutoSys agents and clients on Windows, Linux, and UNIX platforms.

Proficient in Linux administration, Unix scripting and Oracle database experience would be beneficial.

Documentation & Reporting:

Maintain detailed documentation of job flows, configurations, and procedures.

Generate reports on job performance, failures, and system utilization.

Integration & Automation:

Integrate AutoSys with other enterprise tools and applications.

Develop scripts (Shell, Python, etc.) to automate routine tasks.

Support & Collaboration:

Work closely with application teams, developers, and infrastructure teams.

Provide training and support to end-users and junior administrators.

Required Skills:

Strong experience with AutoSys (v11.x or higher).

Proficiency in Unix/Linux and Windows environments.

Experience with scripting languages (Shell, Python, Perl).

Familiarity with ITIL processes and tools like BMC Remedy or ServiceNow.

Good understanding of networking and system architecture.
