Key Responsibilities:Handle spare parts sales (retail and workshop/internal) Maintain inventory levels and ensure stock availability Identify parts using catalogues or software systems Process orders, billing, and invoicing Coordinate with vendors/suppliers for procurement Monitor stock movement and avoid overstocking or shortages Maintain records and documentation (GRN, invoices, stock registers) Assist technicians in identifying correct spare parts Handle customer inquiries and complaints related to parts Conduct periodic stock audits Ensure proper storage and handling of spare parts Required Skills:Good knowledge of automobile components and spare parts Basic understanding of inventory management systems (ERP) Solid communication and customer handling skills Attention to detail and organizational ability Basic computer skills (MS Excel, billing software) Problem-solving skills Qualifications:
