About the Role

Join STADA as an Automation & AI Developer to design, develop, and operate intelligent automation solutions that combine Generative AI, Microsoft Power Platform, and Azure AI technologies.

Your mission is to automate complex business processes while leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs), AI Agents, document intelligence, and modern AI services to deliver scalable, secure, and business-focused solutions across STADA.

You will work closely with business stakeholders, data scientists, solution architects, and developers to transform manual business processes into AI-powered digital workflows that deliver measurable operational value.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver AI-powered Automation Solutions: Design and build custom, containerized applications using Python, Generative AI, Azure AI services, APIs and Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Copilot Studio) technologies.

Own Solution Architecture: Translate business requirements into secure, scalable and maintainable solutions aligned with STADAs enterprise architecture and AI governance standards.

Deliver Solutions End to End: Manage AI use cases from discovery and design through development, testing, deployment, documentation and continuous improvement.

Operate and Maintain Applications: Run productive applications on Microsoft Azure, manage Test and Production deployments, troubleshoot incidents and ensure performance, security and availability.

Build Cloud Infrastructure: Develop and maintain application infrastructure using Terraform, including Azure Container Apps, storage, databases, Azure Key Vault and networking.

Automate Deployment Processes: Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps, including testing, container builds, security scanning and automated deployments.

Apply Enterprise Security Standards:



Implement authentication and authorization, managed identities, private networking, role-based access control and secure secret management using technologies such as Microsoft Entra ID and Azure Key Vault.

Collaborate Across Teams: Work with business stakeholders, developers, cloud experts and external partners to deliver sustainable AI solutions.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelors or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science or a related field
- Three or more years of experience developing and operating cloud-based AI applications and automation technologies
- Strong Python development skills and knowledge of software architecture
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Automate, Copilot Studio, Microsoft Power Apps
- Hands-on experience with Docker and containerized applications
- Strong experience with Microsoft Azure, preferably Azure Container Apps or AKS
- Robust experience with Infrastructure as Code, preferably Terraform
- Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
- Understanding of cloud architecture, networking, identity and security, preferably within Microsoft Azure
- Experience with Azure AI Foundry, Google Vertex AI or comparable AI platforms
- Good understanding of Large Language Models, Generative AI and API integration
- Strong solution-design, troubleshooting, communication and stakeholder-management skills

Preferred Skills

- Experience with Claude, Azure OpenAI, or OpenAI APIs
- Experience with AI Agents (Copilot Studio, Microsoft Foundry Agents, Claude Console, or similar platforms)
- Experience with Document Intelligence/OCR solutions
- Knowledge of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
- Familiarity with LangChain, LangGraph, or Semantic Kernel
- Experience with Databricks or Azure cloud services
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical or regulated (GxP) environments
- Microsoft Power Platform and/or Azure certifications
