Rohan Corporation is looking for a skilled AutoCAD Draftsman (Civil) to prepare accurate technical drawings and detailed plans for residential and commercial construction projects. The candidate should have strong knowledge of AutoCAD and civil construction drawings and be able to coordinate with engineers, architects, and site teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed 2D civil, architectural, and structural drawings using AutoCAD.
- Develop floor plans, elevations, sections, layouts, and working drawings.
- Modify and update drawings based on engineer, architect, and client requirements.
- Coordinate with project engineers and site teams for drawing revisions.
- Ensure drawings comply with project specifications and construction standards.
- Maintain drawing records, revisions, and project documentation.
- Assist in quantity take-offs and preparation of BOQs when required.
- Conduct site visits for measurements and drawing verification as needed.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D & 3D).
- Good understanding of civil and construction drawings.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Knowledge of MS Office.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Robust communication and teamwork skills.
- Knowledge of Revit, SketchUp, or Civil 3D will be an added advantage.
Qualification & Experience
- Diploma in Civil Engineering (Mandatory).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in AutoCAD drafting for civil projects.
- Experience in real estate, residential, or commercial projects
