Job Responsibilities
- Prepare 2D architectural drawings, plans, elevations and sections.
- Develop 3D models and architectural visualizations as per project requirements.
- Create detailed working drawings and construction drawings.
- Modify and update drawings based on client and project requirements.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers and site teams for drawing-related requirements.
- Ensure accuracy and proper detailing in all drawings.
- Prepare layouts, furniture plans and other architectural details when required.
- Maintain and organize project drawings and documentation.
- Follow company standards, timelines and drawing specifications.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory.
- Knowledge of SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit or other 3D software will be an advantage.
- Good understanding of architectural drawings and construction details.
- Basic knowledge of building materials and construction processes.
- Good attention to detail and ability to work within deadlines.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
Qualification
- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design or a related field.
- 1–2 years of relevant experience preferred.
