Our mission is to empower firm leaders by providing capital, operational support, technology, and strategic guidance—helping firms scale while preserving their independence and culture. /n All roles below support U.S.-based audit engagements for Elevate partner firms and work closely with onshore audit teams. /n /n Work Schedule for All Roles: 3:00 PM IST – 12:00 AM IST (4:30 AM EST – 1:00 PM EST) /n Location: India (Remote) /n /n /n Audit Supervisor /n Experience Level: Senior / Supervisory /n /n Overview /n The Audit Supervisor oversees day-to-day execution of U.S. audit engagements, ensuring quality, accuracy, and timeliness. This role includes supervising staff, reviewing audit work, and serving as a key liaison between offshore teams and U.S. engagement leadership. /n /n Key Responsibilities /n /n

- Supervise execution of audit engagements, including testing, documentation, and review

/n

- Lead planning, fieldwork, and wrap-up for assigned engagements

/n

- Review audit workpapers and ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and GAAS

/n

- Identify and resolve engagement and technical issues

/n

- Train, mentor,



and develop audit staff and seniors

- Collaborate closely with U.S.-based managers and partners

- Strong leadership and team management skills

- Excellent analytical and technical expertise

- Ability to manage multiple engagements simultaneously

- High attention to detail and quality standards

- Solid communication and stakeholder management skills

/n /n /n Qualifications /n /n

- 6–8 years of audit experience in a public accounting firm preferred

/n

- CA/CPA preferred but not required

/n

- Advanced understanding of U.S. GAAP, auditing standards, and internal controls

/n

- Experience working with U.S. audit teams

/n

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
