Our mission is to empower firm leaders by providing capital, operational support, technology, and strategic guidance—helping firms scale while preserving their independence and culture. /n All roles below support U.S.-based audit engagements for Elevate partner firms and work closely with onshore audit teams. /n Work Schedule for All Roles: 3:00 PM IST – 12:00 AM IST (4:30 AM EST – 1:00 PM EST) /n Location: Ahmedabad, India (Office/Hybrid) /n Audit Director - Future Opportunities /n Experience Level: Senior Leadership /n Overview /n The Audit Director provides senior-level oversight of U.S. audit engagements and offshore audit delivery. This role focuses on quality oversight, technical leadership, people development, and strong collaboration with U.S. partners and engagement leaders. /n Key Responsibilities /n /n

- Provide strategic oversight of multiple U.S. audit engagements

/n

- Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP, GAAS, PCAOB, and firm quality standards

/n

- Review complex audit areas and financial statement disclosures

/n

- Partner with U.S. leadership on engagement planning,



resourcing, and delivery

/n

- Lead quality initiatives and continuous process improvement

/n /n Team Leadership & People Management /n /n

- Develop and mentor managers, supervisors, and senior staff

/n

- Drive performance management, coaching, and capability development

/n

- Ensure consistency, quality, and scalability across audit teams

/n /n Qualifications /n /n

- 12+ years of progressive audit experience in public accounting

/n

- CA/CPA preferred but not required

/n

- Deep technical expertise in U.S. auditing standards and complex audit matters

/n

- Proven leadership and cross-border collaboration experience
