Architect – Hospitality Projects Location: Gurgaon Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Architect with a strong background in hospitality and real estate developments to lead the architectural coordination and design management of our projects, including hotels, serviced apartments, branded residences, and mixed-use developments.

Key Responsibilities             Lead architectural planning and design coordination for hospitality and real estate projects. Coordinate with external architectural consultants from concept design through construction documentation and project completion. Review and evaluate architectural drawings, layouts, design submissions, and technical documentation to ensure alignment with project objectives and brand standards.

Liaise with Principal Architects, Interior Designers, Structural, MEP, Landscape, and other consultants to ensure seamless project integration. Ensure hospitality operational requirements are incorporated into the project design, including guest areas, back-ofhouse planning, circulation, and service efficiencies. Coordinate with internal stakeholders, project teams, consultants, contractors, and management for timely design decisions.

Monitor consultant deliverables and ensure adherence to project schedules, quality standards, and contractual obligations. Participate in consultant selection, design reviews, value engineering, and technical evaluations.



Support statutory approvals by coordinating with consultants and relevant authorities.

Conduct regular design coordination meetings and resolve architectural and technical issues during project execution. Undertake site visits to review construction progress and ensure compliance with approved drawings and design specifications. Ensure compliance with applicable building codes, fire and life safety regulations, accessibility standards, and local development regulations.

Desired Candidate

Profile        Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch/M.Arch). 8–10 years of experience in hospitality and real estate development.

Experience with hospitality developers, hotel brands, real estate developers Proven experience in managing external architectural consultants and multidisciplinary design teams. Robust understanding of hotel planning, serviced apartments, branded residences and mixed-use developments. Familiarity with project lifecycle management from concept design to project handover.

Travel to multiple project sites as required for site visits, design coordination meetings, project reviews, and monitoring of project progress.
