Key Responsibilities 1.

Auction Operations

Manage end-to-end equipment and vehicle auctions, both online and physical. Coordinate listings, inspections, valuations and auction schedules. Ensure smooth bidding and auction operations. Monitor auction performance and improve bid participation and realization.

- Client &
- Relationship Management Manage relationships with OEMs, Banks, NBFCs, Dealers and other institutional clients. Build strong relationships with sellers and buyers. Resolve client issues and ensure high customer satisfaction. Develop long-term business relationships and identify repeat business opportunities. 3.

Business Development

Acquire current auction mandates from clients. Expand the buyer and dealer network across the assigned territory. Increase buyer participation and auction volumes. Identify new business opportunities in the used vehicle and equipment market.

- Vehicle &
- Equipment Remarketing Drive maximum resale value for auctioned assets. Understand market pricing and demand trends. Support liquidation and remarketing of repossessed and surplus assets.



Analyse auction results and recommend appropriate pricing and sales strategies.
- Team &
- Yard Management Coordinate with yard staff and operations teams. Ensure proper documentation, asset movement and compliance. Monitor yard and inventory-related activities. Ensure operational discipline and timely execution.
- Revenue &
- Target Ownership Achieve assigned auction volume and revenue targets. Improve conversion and bid realization. Drive profitability of the auction business. Prepare and maintain regular MIS and performance reports.
