**ATL – Customer Service
Location: Mumbai Naka, Nashik
Experience: 2–3 Years
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
We are looking for an experienced ATL – Customer Service to join our team in Nashik.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise a team of 5–6 Customer Service Executives
- Monitor daily team performance and ensure productivity
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations
- Ensure excellent customer service and timely resolution of issues
- Support the team in achieving service and performance targets
- Conduct regular follow-ups and provide guidance to team members
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in Customer Service
- Prior experience in team handling/people management is mandatory
- Should have managed a team of at least 5–6 members
- Valuable communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle customer escalations effectively
