Senior Architect – Residential / Commercial Mixed-Use Projects /n Location: Noida /n Experience: 10–15 Years /n Qualification: B.Arch. /n Role Overview /n We are looking for an experienced Senior Architect to lead design development and multidisciplinary coordination for large-scale residential and commercial mixed-use projects . The ideal candidate should possess strong design expertise, excellent coordination skills, and the ability to ensure that project documentation and deliverables meet the highest quality standards and client expectations. /n Key Responsibilities /n /n

- Lead and manage design development for large-scale residential and commercial mixed-use projects.

- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless project execution.

/n

- Review and ensure the accuracy, quality, and coordination of project documentation.

/n

- Ensure timely issuance of drawings and project deliverables as per project schedules.

/n

- Maintain high standards of design quality and project documentation.

/n

- Coordinate with clients and consultants to address design and project-related requirements.

/n





- Ensure all project deliverables align with company quality standards and client expectations.

/n

- Support the team in resolving design, technical, and coordination-related issues.

/n

- Provide design guidance and support to junior team members as required.

/n /n Educational Qualification /n /n

- Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch.)

/n /n Experience Required /n /n

- 10–15 years of relevant experience in architectural design and project coordination.

/n

- Experience in large-scale residential and commercial mixed-use projects will be preferred.
