Role Overview:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Associate Graphic Designer to join our team in Kochi. In this role, you will design visual assets for digital and print media, including social media graphics, presentations, marketing collateral, and internal communication materials that align with our brand identity.

Because we engage deeply with regional audiences across Kerala, fluency in Malayalam is a mandatory requirement for creating authentic local copy, visual campaigns, and localized branding content.

Key Responsibilities:

- Visual Asset Creation: Design engaging digital and print materials (social media posts, ads, brochures, presentations, banners).
- Branding & Logo Support: Assist in logo design, branding projects, and developing typography systems.




- Consistency: Maintain strict brand consistency across all visual touchpoints.
- Collaboration: Partner with marketing and academic teams to translate project briefs into compelling design concepts.

What We Are Looking For: Design Expertise: Strong foundation in graphic design, layout principles, typography, and visual hierarchy across digital and print media.

Language Proficiency: Must be fluent in Malayalam (written and spoken) along with English to design regional marketing campaigns.

Software Skills: Proficiency in industry-standard tools (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or Figma).

Education & Experience: Diploma/Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or equivalent practical portfolio experience.

Soft Skills: High attention to detail, open to feedback, strong time-management skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
