Role: Assistant Store Manager - Night Shift

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee day-to-day night shift operations of the clinic and store
- Ensure smooth functioning during night hours including emergency walk-ins and hospitalized cases
- Analyze sales trends based on night footfall and customer behavior
- Ensure high standards of clinic presentation, cleanliness, and merchandising during the shift
- Manage inventory, maintain optimal stock levels, and coordinate night stock replenishment
- Handle cash management and night shift reconciliations
- Implement and monitor SOPs across clinic operations, with focus on night protocols and safety
- Deliver excellent customer experience while driving sales and KPIs during night hours




- Coordinate with day team and report handover notes for seamless transition

Requirements:

- 2+ years of relevant experience in clinic/hospital/retail operations
- Willingness to work in night shifts including weekends and holidays
- Solid problem-solving and ownership mindset
- Good customer engagement and communication skills
- Basic knowledge of inventory, cash handling, and reporting
- Passion for delivering high-quality service and achieving targets
- Comfortable working with pets and in a healthcare environment
