Role Description

This full-time, on-site Assistant Sales Manager role is based in Bengaluru and focuses on supporting sales operations and revenue growth.

The Assistant Sales

Manager will manage and nurture leads, conduct property presentations, and regularly meet prospective clients to understand their requirements and recommend suitable real estate options. The role involves coordinating site visits, negotiating terms within defined guidelines, and following up consistently to close deals. The individual will track sales performance, maintain accurate records in CRM tools, and collaborate with senior sales leadership to execute sales strategies.



The role also includes working closely with cross-functional teams, participating in local marketing or promotional activities, and ensuring a professional, transparent experience for clients.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated sales, business development, or client relationship experience, preferably in real estate or related industries.
- Robust communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence diverse clients.
- Ability to manage multiple leads, follow up proactively, and maintain accurate records using CRM or sales tracking tools.
- Comfort working in an on-site, target-oriented environment in Bengaluru, including regular field work and property visits.
- Basic understanding of local real estate market trends and property types, or willingness to learn quickly.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with attention to detail and integrity in client interactions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Prior experience in a sales or assistant manager role and proficiency in English and local languages will be an advantage.
