We Are Hiring | Assistant Manager – Quality Control /n Location: Greater Ahmedabad /n /n Tekni Plex India Private Limited is a global leader in materials science and solutions serving Healthcare, Personal Care, Household, and Food & Beverage industries. /n /n We are looking for a quality-driven skilled who can lead day-to-day Quality Control operations, ensure process compliance, strengthen quality systems, and drive continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing operations. /n /n Eligibility: /n • Degree / Diploma in Plastic Engineering / Chemistry / Engineering /n • 6–8 years of experience in Quality Control /n • Experience in Plastic Packaging (Rigid / Flexible Packaging preferred) /n /n Key Responsibilities: /n • Lead execution of Quality Control activities across Incoming, In-process, and Finished Goods inspection /n • Ensure compliance with ISO, GMP, customer,



and regulatory requirements /n • Drive Quality Culture through training and continuous improvement initiatives /n • Implement and monitor 5S, Kaizen, CAPA, and process improvement actions /n • Handle Customer Complaints, RCA, and corrective actions /n • Support Internal, Customer, and Certification Audits /n • Monitor Quality KPIs, MIS reporting, and process performance /n • Coordinate Supplier Quality and maintain quality documentation & traceability /n /n Required Skills: /n • Knowledge of Packaging Materials and Polymer applications /n • Physical & Mechanical Testing expertise /n • Hands-on exposure to ISO, GMP, and 7 QC Tools /n • Strong analytical, problem-solving, MS Excel & PowerPoint skills /n /n Interested candidates may share their updated resume at: /n [email protected]
