The Anna Nagar Experience Centre caters to residential interior projects across Chennai.

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Assistant Project Manager – Interior Sites to manage and supervise residential interior projects from site execution through final handover.

The ideal candidate should have strong site execution knowledge, excellent coordination and communication skills, and the ability to manage installation teams, subcontractors, clients, and other stakeholders effectively.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage residential interior projects from execution to final handover.
- Study work orders, drawings, BOQs, measurements, and project specifications before execution.
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor day-to-day site activities.
- Conduct and verify site measurements before installation.
- Check and mark electrical, plumbing, gas, and other service points as per approved drawings.
- Coordinate with designers, production, logistics, installation teams, vendors, and subcontractors.
- Assign work to installation teams and ensure proper execution.
- Verify materials received at site against the work order, drawings, and material checklist.
- Supervise carpenters, installation teams, and subcontractors to ensure quality and productivity.
- Monitor project progress and ensure completion within the planned schedule.
- Conduct regular site inspections and identify execution-related issues.




- Coordinate with clients and provide regular updates regarding project progress.
- Resolve site-related issues involving civil, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, or installation works.
- Ensure proper finishing and quality standards are maintained throughout the project.
- Maintain project documentation, site reports, measurements, and progress updates.
- Coordinate part-payment and final-payment collection as required.
- Ensure timely completion of pending works and snag rectification.
- Conduct final quality checks before handover.
- Complete project handover and obtain client satisfaction feedback/reports and reviews.
- Report project status and critical issues to the Zonal Manager / management.

- Ability to manage multiple activities at different project sites.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and project reporting.

Preferred Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in residential interiors, modular furniture, fit-out, or construction project execution.
- Candidates with Civil Engineering / Interior Execution backgrounds are preferred.
