- Manage interior construction projects from start to finish.
- Collaborate with designers and architects to integrate structural elements into the interior design.
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Conduct structural assessments and ensure compliance with building codes.
- Oversee on-site teams and monitor progress.
- Prepare project documentation and reports.
- Communicate with clients to address their needs and concerns.
Requirements:
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in civil.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and billing software.
- Strong knowledge of billing processes and cost management.
