We are hiring for Mechanical/Automobile Engineering

Qualification Diploma / B.E / B.Tech in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering Preferred: M.E / M.Tech, teaching/training experience, or relevant industry experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver theory and practical classes in Automobile / Mechanical Engineering.
- Conduct hands-on demonstrations using workshop tools, equipment, and machinery.
- Prepare lesson plans, assignments, and assessments aligned with programme guidelines.
- Track student performance and provide academic mentoring.
- Maintain documentation: attendance, evaluation sheets, reports, and training records.
- Ensure workshop/lab equipment safety and upkeep.
- Support placement activities and industry interactions.
- Contribute to quality compliance for Government, CSR and ISO standards.
Required Skills & Competencies Strong subject knowledge in Mechanical / Automobile Engineering
Practical experience in workshop operations, servicing, diagnostics, or manufacturing
Excellent teaching, presentation, and communication skills
Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse learners
Classroom management and student engagement skills
Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, Google Sheets)
