Key Responsibilities1. Teaching & Academics

- Deliver lectures, practical sessions, tutorials, and laboratory sessions for undergraduate/postgraduate students.
- Prepare lesson plans, course materials, presentations, assignments, and assessment activities.
- Teach subjects such as:
- Programming & Data Structures
- Database Management Systems
- Operating Systems
- Computer Networks
- Object-Oriented Programming
- Software Engineering
- Web Technologies
- Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning
- Cloud Computing
- Cybersecurity
- Data Science
- Other subjects based on specialization.
- Conduct internal assessments, examinations, viva-voce, and practical evaluations.
- Maintain academic records, attendance, assessment results, and other required documentation.

2. Student Development
- Mentor and guide students in academic and career-related matters.
- Support students in projects, internships, technical competitions, hackathons, and research activities.
- Encourage students to develop programming, analytical, problem-solving, and research skills.
- Provide additional academic support to students where required.

3. Research & Innovation
- Conduct research in relevant areas of Computer Science and emerging technologies.
- Publish research papers in reputed national/international journals and conferences.
- Participate in research projects, seminars, workshops, conferences, and faculty development programmes.
- Explore opportunities for funded research projects, patents, consultancy, and industry collaboration.

4. Department & Institutional Responsibilities
- Participate in departmental meetings and academic planning.
- Contribute to curriculum development and course revision.
- Assist in accreditation, academic audits, documentation, and institutional quality initiatives.
- Organize technical events, workshops, seminars, guest lectures, and student activities.
- Participate in admission, examination, placement, and other institutional responsibilities as assigned.

5. Industry & Technology Engagement




- Keep updated with current developments in Computer Science and Information Technology.
- Establish industry-academia relationships wherever possible.
- Introduce practical and industry-relevant technologies into teaching.
- Encourage students to work on real-world projects and applications.

Educational Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science / Computer Engineering / Information Technology or a closely related discipline from a recognized university.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
- Ph.D. in Computer Science / Computer Engineering / Information Technology or a related area will be preferred, and may be required depending on applicable regulatory norms.
- Candidates should meet the applicable qualification requirements prescribed by the relevant regulatory authority/university.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Computer Science fundamentals.
- Excellent teaching and presentation skills.
- Valuable written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to use modern teaching methodologies and digital learning tools.
- Programming knowledge in languages such as Python, Java, C , or equivalent.
- Ability to guide students in academic and technical projects.
- Research aptitude and analytical skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with faculty and administrative teams.

Preferred Skills
- Ph.D. or active research profile.
- Publications in reputed journals/conferences.
- Experience with AI/ML, Data Science, Cloud Computing, Cybersecurity, Data Analytics
- Experience in curriculum development or outcome-based education.
- Industry experience or industry-academia collaboration.
- Experience in obtaining or working on funded research projects.

Experience

Freshers: Candidates meeting the prescribed academic qualifications may be considered.

Experienced Candidates: 1–5 years of teaching/research/industry experience in Computer Science or a related field will be preferred, depending on institutional requirements.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
