? Job Summary

We are looking for a result-oriented Assistant Manager – Operations to manage and supervise day-to-day warehouse and logistics operations. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in 3PL/warehouse operations, team handling, customer coordination, inventory management, KPI management, and process improvement .

? Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end day-to-day warehouse and logistics operations at the customer/site location.
- Ensure smooth execution of inbound, storage, inventory, picking, packing, dispatch, and material movement activities.
- Plan and allocate manpower effectively to achieve daily operational targets.
- Monitor productivity, quality, inventory accuracy, and operational KPIs.
- Coordinate with customers, transporters, vendors, and internal teams for smooth operations.
- Ensure timely preparation and submission of Daily MIS, DWM, KPI reports, and operational dashboards .
- Monitor inventory accuracy and ensure proper system and physical stock reconciliation.
- Identify operational gaps, implement corrective actions, and drive Kaizen and continuous improvement initiatives .
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, Work Instructions, safety standards,



and statutory requirements .
- Monitor housekeeping, 5S, safety, and workplace discipline at the site.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, escalations, and ensure timely resolution.
- Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and employee training.
- Monitor operational costs and support initiatives for improving productivity and cost efficiency.
- Ensure proper documentation and adherence to company and customer processes.
- Drive a culture of Safety, Quality, Productivity, and Customer Satisfaction .
