We are looking for a motivated skilled to join our Risk & Quality Management team within the Government Consulting practice. The role involves supporting risk governance, quality assurance, contract management, and process excellence initiatives across public sector engagements.

Key Responsibilities

Risk Management

- Review RFPs, tenders, and bid documents to identify potential risks and recommend mitigation measures.
- Assess and manage risks across government consulting opportunities and live engagements.
- Conduct periodic quality reviews and support resolution of engagement-related escalations.
- Support evaluation of alliances and teaming arrangements for public sector opportunities.

Quality Assurance

- Assist in implementing and monitoring quality standards and frameworks.
- Conduct awareness sessions and collaborate with stakeholders to strengthen quality processes.

Contract Review & Governance

- Review contracts to ensure compliance with organizational policies and legal requirements.
- Draft contractual letters, notices, and related documentation.

Process Improvement & Automation





- Identify opportunities for automation and technology-driven improvements.
- Develop and enhance scalable processes to support the growing Risk & Quality function.

Stakeholder Management

- Partner with internal teams and external stakeholders to address risk and quality concerns.
- Monitor and report key performance metrics periodically.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 3–5 years of experience in Risk Management, Quality Management, Governance, Compliance, Internal Audit, or Contract Management.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience reviewing contracts, RFPs, tenders, or government-sector engagements.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
