We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant to join the Pillar Two team as an Assistant Manager. The role will involve supporting tax advisory and compliance activities related to global minimum tax, with a strong focus on income tax laws and Pillar Two regulations.

Key Responsibilities

- Support implementation and analysis of OECD Pillar Two / Global Minimum Tax rules.

- Assist in interpreting and applying income tax laws and regulations relevant to Pillar Two.

- Perform tax research and analyse changes in domestic and international tax regulations.

- Assist in preparation and review of Pillar Two calculations, tax workings and compliance requirements.

- Support analysis of financial and tax data for Effective Tax Rate (ETR) and top-up tax computations.

- Assist in preparing client deliverables, presentations, tax memos and technical documentation.





- Coordinate with internal teams and support client discussions on Pillar Two-related matters.

- Stay updated on developments in BEPS 2.0, OECD guidance and global minimum tax regulations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Chartered Accountant (CA) Mandatory.

- 0 to 2 years of relevant post-qualification experience.

- Strong understanding of Indian Income Tax Laws and taxation concepts.

- Basic understanding of international taxation / transfer pricing / BEPS will be an advantage.

- Interest in learning and working on Pillar Two / Global Minimum Tax regulations.

- Solid analytical, research and problem-solving skills.

- Good communication and report-writing skills.

- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
