Job Title: Assistant Manager – PLC / Automation /n Industry: Refrigerator & Washing Machine Manufacturing /n Job Summary: /n We are looking for an experienced PLC/Automation professional to manage and support automation systems across refrigerator and washing machine manufacturing lines. The role involves PLC programming, troubleshooting, process automation, and continuous improvement. /n Key Responsibilities: /n /n

- Develop and troubleshoot PLC/HMI programs for manufacturing lines.

/n

- Hands-on experience with Siemens PLC, HMI, Servo Motors & Drives.

/n

- Troubleshoot automation, robots, SPMs, vision systems, scanners, hydraulic & pneumatic systems.

/n

- Support commissioning, machine integration and third-party systems.

/n

- Drive OEE improvement, energy saving,



low-cost automation and process improvement.

/n

- Maintain PLC documentation and provide technical training to maintenance/operations teams.

/n

- Work with vendors for automation projects and hardware/software requirements.

/n /n Requirements: /n /n

- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics or Instrumentation.

/n

- Solid knowledge of Siemens TIA Portal, Step 7, WinCC & SINAMICS.

/n

- Experience in PLC programming, Industry 4.0 and communication protocols.

/n

- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

/n

- Willingness to work in 12-hour rotational shifts (Day/Night).

/n
