Key Responsibilities

- Conduct scheduled, surprise, and cycle stock audits across retail stores and

warehouses as per the audit calendar.
- Verify physical inventory against system records and identify stock discrepancies,

shortages, or excesses.
- Monitor inventory shrinkage, pilferage, stock losses, and operational leakages while

ensuring timely corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with inventory management SOPs and operational processes

across all stores.
- Audit inward and outward stock movements, ensuring documentation and system

entries are accurate.
- Prepare detailed audit reports highlighting observations, root causes, risks, and

actionable recommendations.
- Coordinate with store teams to investigate discrepancies and support timely recovery

of stock shortages.




- Identify damaged, defective, expired, or non-saleable inventory and oversee the

Return to Warehouse (RTW) process.
- Recommend process improvements to enhance inventory accuracy, operational

efficiency, and loss prevention.
- Monitor inventory health metrics and maintain high stock accuracy standards across

all retail locations.
- Collaborate closely with Operations, Warehouse, and Store teams to strengthen
