MAJOR ACTIVITIES

- Commodity Strategy &
- Panel Management
- Help manage a competitive supplier base for BOP &
- Non-BOP commodities.
- Support the development and execution of commodity strategies.
- Assist in supplier panel updates and documentation for RSM, GD/GDD review.
- Help with QCDDM assessments and support supplier sustainability evaluations.
- Sourcing Management &
- Supplier Performance
- Support NDA, RFQ, quote, and NRC processes per Nissan guidelines.
- Assist in evaluating supplier performance and contribute to supplier nominations.
- Ensure accurate documentation and approvals through NSC.
- Help in RFQ evaluations and negotiations with suppliers.
- Product Development Support
- Support supplier inputs during design phases and assist in VT approvals.
- Help process VT POs and coordinate development activities through LSPM/Buyer.
- Monitor supplier capacity and assist in PSW sign-offs.




- Contribute to securing timely PO releases and meeting development timelines.
- QCDDM &
- Supplier Performance Management
- Support negotiations with suppliers to meet QCDDM targets.
- Assist in tracking QCDDM performance and implementing corrective actions.
- Help address any supplier quality or performance issues.
- People &
- Team Management
- Assist LSPM and Buyer teams in executing sourcing plans and achieving goals.
- Ensure team alignment with BOP &
- Non-BOP strategies and Renault-Nissan KPIs.
- Foster teamwork, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Employee Development &
- Engagement
- Assist in workforce planning and identify training needs.
- Help implement training programs and support team development.
- Participate in performance reviews and contribute to a positive work culture.
