/n Job Summary: /n /n The Asset Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and managing audits of the companys equipment assets. /n This role ensures that all equipment is accounted for, maintained, and utilized efficiently, while also ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations. /n /n Key Responsibilities: /n /n -Equipment Management /n /n
- Ensure Accurate tracking and documentation of all equipment assets, including acquisition, maintenance and disposal.

- Collaborate with operations and maintenance teams to verify that equipment is in valuable working condition and being used effectively.
/n
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive equipment inventory database.
/n /n /n -Process Improvement /n /n
- Analyse current equipment management processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
/n
- Implement best practices for equipment management, including regular maintenance schedules and proper utilization.
/n
- Work with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements.
/n /n /n -Reporting and Documentation /n /n
- Prepare detailed audit reports, including findings,
conclusions and recommendations for management.
/n
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all audit, including equipment inventories, audit schedules and compliance documentation.
/n
- Provide regular updates to senior management on the status of the equipment audits and any significant findings.
/n /n /n -Audit Planning and Execution /n /n
- Develop and implement audit plans for the company's assets.
/n
- Conduct regular audits of equipment inventory, usage and maintenance records.
/n
- identify discrepancies, inefficiencies and areas of non-compliance and recommend corrective actions.
/n /n /n - Stakeholder Collaboration /n /n
- Collaborate with operations, procurement, finance and maintenance teams to ensure that equipment is managed effectively across the organisation.

- Serves as the point of contract for external auditors or regulatory bodies during equipment audits.
/n
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to support the implementation of audits recommendations.
