We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Assistant Manager – Accounts to manage day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, reconciliations, taxation, and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily accounting operations, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and bank transactions.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and MIS.
- Handle bank reconciliation, vendor reconciliation, and customer account reconciliation.
- Ensure compliance with applicable taxation laws, VAT, TDS, and other statutory requirements.
- Monitor cash flow, expenses, and budgeting activities.
- Coordinate with auditors for internal, statutory, and tax audits.




- Verify invoices, payments, journal entries, and accounting records.
- Maintain the fixed asset register and depreciation schedules.
- Ensure accuracy and timely completion of accounting activities.
- Support management with financial information and accounting-related reports.

Skills Required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial/accounting software.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Good understanding of taxation and statutory compliance.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
