URGENT HIRING ASST.MANAGER ACCOUNTS

Job Location:PUNE (Viman Nagar/Manjri)

Experience: 6–12 Years

Qualification: CA Inter / M.Com / B.Com (CA preferred)

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end accounting activities for real estate projects.
- Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing.
- Prepare financial statements, MIS and management reports.
- Ensure timely reconciliation of bank, ledger, vendor and customer accounts.
- Oversee GST, TDS and other statutory compliances, including timely filing of returns.
- Strong knowledge of taxation and tax compliance is mandatory.
- Support finalization of accounts and coordinate with auditors for statutory and tax audits.
- Monitor project-wise accounting, cost allocation and budgeting.
- Manage Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and vendor payments.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies and internal controls.
- Lead and mentor the Accounts team for timely and accurate financial reporting.





Required Skills Strong knowledge of Accounting & Financial Reporting

Robust knowledge of Taxation, GST & TDS – Mandatory

Experience in Finalization of Accounts & Statutory Compliance

Hands-on experience with ERP/SAP or accounting software

Excellent knowledge of MS Excel

Strong analytical, communication and team management skills

Real Estate / Construction industry experience preferred

Candidate Profile

- 6–10 years of relevant experience in Accounts, preferably in Real Estate.
- Strong understanding of Project Accounting, Taxation & Financial Controls.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet strict deadlines.
- Immediate Joiners / Candidates with very short notice period are strongly preferred.
