About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Assembly Production Manager with a strong background in hardware, electronics, display/TV manufacturing, IT hardware, system integration or technical support to manage and drive day-to-day assembly and production operations.

The role will be responsible for ensuring smooth assembly, testing, troubleshooting, quality control and timely production of technology products, while managing production technicians and coordinating with technical, quality, procurement and service teams.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on exposure to electronic hardware assembly, display products, PC/OPS systems, TV/LED products or similar technology hardware, along with the ability to identify and resolve technical issues on the production floor.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day hardware assembly and production activities to achieve planned production targets.
- Supervise and allocate work to assembly technicians and production staff.
- Plan production schedules, manpower requirements and daily workflow based on order and dispatch requirements.
- Monitor the complete assembly process, including component fitting, wiring, PCB/module integration, display integration, installation and final testing.
- Ensure products are assembled according to approved specifications, work instructions and quality standards.
- Conduct and supervise functional testing, troubleshooting and quality inspection of finished products.
- Diagnose hardware-related issues and coordinate corrective actions for recurring failures.
- Work closely with the Technical/Engineering, Quality, Procurement, Warehouse and Service teams to resolve production issues.
- Handle issues related to display panels, touch modules, control boards, power supplies, Android/OPS systems, connectivity, peripherals and other hardware components.




- Maintain production records, rejection/rework reports, testing records and daily production MIS.
- Monitor production efficiency, rejection rates, rework and turnaround time and implement corrective measures.
- Ensure proper handling, storage and traceability of electronic components and finished products.
- Identify production bottlenecks and recommend improvements in assembly processes and workflows.
- Support new product assembly, product configuration, testing and production ramp-up.
- Train and guide technicians on assembly procedures, testing methods, troubleshooting and safe handling of hardware.
- Ensure adherence to workplace safety, quality procedures and internal production processes.
- Coordinate with after-sales/service teams to analyse field failures and implement preventive actions in production.
- Maintain adequate coordination between production and dispatch to ensure timely order fulfilment.

Required Skills & Experience

- 5–8 years of relevant experience in hardware production, electronics assembly, manufacturing or technical hardware support.
- Hands-on understanding of electronic hardware and assembly processes.
- Experience in troubleshooting hardware failures and identifying root causes.
- Knowledge of basic electronic components, PCB/modules, power supply, cables, connectors and peripheral devices.
- Experience managing technicians or production/assembly teams.
- Ability to read and understand technical specifications, assembly instructions and basic wiring diagrams.
- Strong understanding of quality checks, testing and rework processes.
- Good coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel and production reporting/MIS.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven production workplace.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
