Role Description The Artificial Intelligence Mentor role is a part-time hybrid position based in India, with a mix of in office sessions and work-from-home flexibility. The mentor will guide students and early-career professionals through AI concepts, project work, and practical applications, delivering structured sessions, workshops, and one-on-one guidance.

Daily tasks include planning and conducting training modules, reviewing assignments and projects, providing feedback, and supporting learners in implementing AI tools and techniques. The role also involves designing or refining curriculum materials, creating example projects or case studies,



and collaborating with the training team to ensure industry relevance. The mentor is expected to maintain clear communication, track learner progress, and foster an inclusive, supportive learning environment.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of core Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning concepts (e.g., supervised/unsupervised learning, model evaluation, basic data preprocessing).
- Hands-on experience with common AI/ML tools and programming languages (such as Python, relevant libraries like NumPy, pandas, scikit-learn, and exposure to deep learning frameworks is an advantage).
- Ability to explain technical topics clearly to diverse audiences, with prior teaching, mentoring, or training experience preferred.
- Experience designing or contributing to learning materials, project-based assignments, or curriculum for AI-related subjects.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organization skills, with the ability to manage multiple learners and sessions in a hybrid setup.
- Comfort with online teaching platforms, learning management systems, and remote collaboration tools.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Industry experience in AI, data science, analytics, or related roles, and exposure to real-world AI projects is a plus.
