Role Description:

We are looking for a hands-on AI Engineer to build and integrate AI features across our CRM, market research, data, and SaaS platforms.

Responsibilities:

- Build AI applications using LLMs, RAG, embeddings, and vector databases
- Develop AI assistants for research, CRM, analytics, and internal workflows
- Integrate OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, and open-source models
- Work with Python,



Flask/FastAPI, MySQL, Redis, and REST APIs
- Build document/PDF search and question-answering systems
- Develop AI agents and workflow automation
- Implement semantic search, structured outputs, tool calling, and Text-to-SQL
- Optimize AI systems for accuracy, speed, security, and cost
- Deploy and maintain AI services on Linux/cloud infrastructure

Required Skills:

- Solid Python experience
- Hands-on experience with LLMs and Generative AI
- RAG and vector database knowledge
- MySQL / SQL
- REST API development
- Flask or FastAPI
- Git and Linux
- Prompt engineering and structured AI workflows

*Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, Qdrant/Pinecone/Weaviate, Docker, Azure, and Hugging Face will be an advantage*

Experience:

- 1-2 years of software development experience , with practical experience building AI/LLM applications.
- We are looking for a builder who can take an AI idea from concept to production , not someone limited to basic prompt engineering or chatbot API integration.
