Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka, India

Experience

- 10+ years of experience in machine learning, data science, or software engineering roles

- Experience preferably in large-scale or enterprise environments

Qualification

- Four-year degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, or related discipline

- Graduate degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, or related discipline

- Equivalent work experience

- Microsoft Azure AI Engineer Associate certification

- Microsoft Azure Data Scientist Associate certification

- Databricks or equivalent platform certification

Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models for complex analytical problems

- Provide technical leadership in AI solution design and implementation

- Develop and maintain scalable data pipelines and ML workflows

- Build end-to-end AI-driven pipelines from data ingestion to deployment

- Translate model outputs into actionable business outcomes

- Design, develop, test, and deploy data models, feature pipelines, and scoring systems

- Develop standards, reusable templates, and best practices for model development, feature engineering, and evaluation

- Define scope, plans, and deliverables for assigned components





- Contribute to complex projects and resolve business issues using independent judgment

- Build internal and external working relationships

- Mentor and guide junior team members

Additional Responsibilities

- Represent the team in cross-functional engagements with business, engineering, and analytics stakeholders

- Collaborate across global teams

- Ensure consistency, quality, and alignment with enterprise standards

- Support enterprise-scale analytics solutions

- Apply technical expertise to optimize solutions

- Consider technical feasibility, scalability, and business impact in problem solving
