Sourav Kumar and Associates is a growing Chartered Accountancy firm located in Mehrauli, dedicated to providing top-tier tax, audit, corporate accounting, and advisory services. We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Article Assistant to join our team. This is an excellent prospect to gain hands-on experience and comprehensive training across various domains of finance and taxation while completing your ICAI articleship.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in conducting statutory audits, internal audits, and tax audits for diverse clients.
- Prepare and file Income Tax Returns (ITR), GST Returns, and TDS returns.
- Draft financial statements, including Balance Sheets and Profit & Loss accounts.
- Perform routine corporate accounting entries, voucher management, and bank reconciliations using TallyPrime and Zoho Books.
- Assist with data imports and financial analysis using Microsoft Excel.

Qualifications & Requirements




- Must have cleared CA Intermediate / IPCC (Both groups preferred, or at least Group 1).
- Eligible to commence articleship as per the guidelines of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI).
- Proficiency in TallyPrime and Zoho Books is highly preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of MS Excel, including familiarity with formulas (e.g., SUMIF, SUBTOTAL) and a willingness to learn advanced features like VBA/macros.
- Strong analytical skills, willingness to learn, and excellent professional communication.
