? Qualifications
- Demonstrated skills in B2B sales, account management, and territory development, with a focus on industrial or safety products.
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships, manage pipelines, and negotiate contracts effectively.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to engage with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
- Basic understanding of fall protection, occupational safety or related technical concepts with willingness to undergo product training.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools,
MS Office and standard sales reporting methods.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering or a related field, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
- Prior experience in sales within construction, industrial safety, manufacturing, or infrastructure sectors is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site within the assigned territory and meet defined sales targets.

- Drive sales and business development in the assigned territory.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with industrial customers.
- Promote industrial safety products and solutions.
- Achieve sales targets and business objectives.

? Candidate Profile ✅ 3–4 years of experience in Industrial Safety Sales
✅ Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

✅ Proven ability to achieve sales targets
✅ Self-motivated, energetic, and willing to travel extensively
