Experience: 8+ years in Pharma OTC / FMCG / Generic Pharma Sales with minimum 3 years of team management experience Key Requirements: ✅ Strong experience in OTC, Generic Pharma, FMCG Pharma, or Channel Sales ✅ Proven track record in handling distributors, semi-wholesalers, and retail channels ✅ Experience in leading and developing field sales teams ✅ Good understanding of primary & secondary sales, schemes, margins,
and channel management ✅ Robust market knowledge of the assigned geography Key Responsibilities:
